I want Grave Titan, foil Avenger, Garruk, and Emeria Angel.

The foil Avenger is a little messed up. I'd have to let you see him before I traded it to you. It looks fine in a sleeve, but it would have a hard time not sleeved, and I know that you often play decks unsleeved, Patrick. I'll trade him at the value of a non-foil Avenger due to its condition.
Okay, so
Avenger (condition pending), Garruk, and Emeria Angel for:
2 Raging Ravine, Lavaclaw Reaches, Glacial Fortress, and..... do you have any Creeping Tar Pit? If not, Oracle of Mul Daya is a nice fit there too.
Grave Titan I'm really saving to get some big stuff, such as the more expensive Mythics and fetch lands.

Grave Titan has been the hardest card to value ever. There is a very large range of its value. Star City buys it for $20, so I'd have to say its value is honestly somewhere between $25 and $30. That's the best value estimate I can give you on it.

Oh, and the thing about Sarkhan, Patrick, is that I do want him, but not terribly bad. It's one of those cards where the price has to be right for me to trade for it.
