This thing is broken in limited. 4/4 that deals damage in -1/-1 counters to creatures that can regenerate? Don't look forward to facing this in limited formats.

Nothing too special for constructed with the wealth of great creatures they print now.

If i were to do a mono-black general, this would probably be it. It's a "deal with me now or your screwed" general, and that entertains me.
