Ben double check your numbers on this post, and fix them so we can give you accurate feedback please.
My first comment is that I think if you commit to the Luminarch Ascension SB option, it has to be 4 to maximize your chance to draw it. The matchups you want it for, it utterly wins when you play it turn 2 (especially if you are playing first).

Has Sun Titan + Tectonic Edge been good for you during playtesting? That seems like it would be really good in certain matchups.

Personally, I'd keep Wall. I think there is a place for Preordain in the deck (1st turn, filter my draws and then draw), but, the difference is that Wall nets you a card while giving you a board presence, while Preordain nets you a card.

yeah but the only reason wall is good is cause the card and how much aggro they have in the format now decks are slowing down so i can see how preordin takes their place.

Even though the format may be slowing down for Preordain to become the correct choice, aggro always shows up large numbers at Champs events. If this was a PTQ where the format would be more predictable, you may be able to justify playing Preordain over Wall of Omens after playtesting but I think you should stick with Wall of Omens for this event.
